In this case study, Natasha shared The Children’s Society’s learning and development journey so far. We found out the steps they have taken, the challenges faced, the response from their staff and volunteers and what the impact has been.

How to achieve your personal priorities and ambitions by harnessing your strengths | Julie Pelych, Ella Forums

This coaching-based session gave you the opportunity to reflect on your priorities and goals, and how to achieve them by using your strengths. It focused on: what it is you wanted to achieve; the ways and means of getting there; and a plan of action and next steps.

This session was a mix of personal thinking, individual reflection and group coaching. It also included group interaction and sharing with others.

Marketing learning: The importance of a strong L&D brand | Cathy Hoy, CLO100

In today’s competitive environment, having a strong learning and development brand has never been more critical. In this session, Cathy delved into the importance of marketing learning within your organisation and how a robust L&D brand can significantly enhance employee interaction and engagement.

Designing elearning with Action Mapping | Gill Chester, Little Man Project

Another fun and interactive session with Gill Chester, in association with the Elearning Unlocked programme, Gill provided a practical introduction to Cathy Moore’s Action Mapping instructional design process. There were lots of opportunities to network, whilst also experiencing the power of this practical ID model.
