CEO and Founder
Martin has worked in eLearning for over 20 years, and has significant experience of working with voluntary, private and public sector organisations.
Martin regularly attends conferences and events all over the country as both a speaker and as an attendee.
Josh Willcock
Head of Technology
With a degree in design and valuable experience in technology giants, Josh joined the Consortium in 2014. Josh created the RoadMap feature set, fixes bugs, and regularly contributes to the Moodle Community.
Rosie Haighton
Head of Membership
With a passion to grow the Consortium, Rosie is one of the first friendly faces you meet when embarking on the Charity Learning Consortium journey. She embraces the power of engagement and community and is great at bringing people together

Charlotte Gibson
Membership Development Lead
Working with our members ensuring an enjoyable and successful learning journey for their staff and volunteers. She truly believes in the power of the Charity Learning Consortium, so focuses her time on gaining new charity members and growing the consortium.
Louise Houston
Membership Manager
With more than 20 years of experience in account management and customer service roles, Louise joined the Charity Learning Consortium in 2015 to work within the membership management team. Her aim is to support members of the Consortium from day one to answer your questions before you need to ask them!
Stu Williams
Membership Manager
Stu is our resident Welsh Rugby fanatic. He is a highly experienced and adaptable customer experience professional with more than 20 years’ experience managing accounts and teams. He’s a self-confessed linguaphile and has spent the last 30 years studying, speaking and signing British Sign Language, Welsh and French.
Josh Bradshaw
Member Success Manager
After spending 2 years learning the depths of our platform as a Systems Support Analyst for the Consortium, Josh has now turned his hand to Account Management. Always striving to better himself and the sites of his customers, no matter how big the challenge – technical or otherwise, there is no task too great.
Emily Kendall
Member Success Manager
After obtaining a degree in languages and gaining previous experience in project management and customer service, Emily joined the CLC in late 2021 as an Membership Success Manager. She is very approachable, adaptable and is a friendly face to help answer any questions!
Keith Carter
Member Success Manager
Having joined the Consortium in 2021, Keith has a varied background which includes working for the last 10 years as a face to face systems trainer and eLearning designer. He’s passionate about the benefits of eLearning and helping members get the most out of their platforms. A proud, football obsessed Welshman, when not working, can be found playing, watching or coaching the beautiful game.
James Underwood
Software Support Analyst
After working as an IT tutor and in the care industry, Jamie joined the Consortium in 2016. He immediately felt at home working with our charities to overcome technical challenges. From one-to-one training to investigating anomalies, Jamie can do it all.
Daniel Watkins
Web Developer
As a self taught developer, Dan fully appreciates how great online learning is and has been very happy to be working on improving online learning platforms at the CLC since 2020. He spends most of his time refactoring code, fixing bugs and adding new features to both RoadMap and Clear Lessons.
Amberlie Hyde
Marketing Manager
After starting her marketing career working in the travel industry, Amber moved over to the learning and development world in early 2018. She is passionate about charity collaboration and is on a mission to grow the Consortium.
Viola Lloyd
Marketing Executive
Having previously worked within the learning and development industry, Viola joined the CLC in early 2019. Her extensive marketing skills and creativity allow her to plan and execute exciting and valuable campaigns.
Charlotte Evans
Marketing Executive & Clear Lessons Product Manager
Charlotte has gained much experience in business starting with her two degrees: One in Business Management with European study from the University of Exeter and an undergraduate diploma in international business. She entered the world of L&D as a digital learning developer before entering her role at the CLC as a project coordinator and marketing executive. She is highly communicative and very approachable.
Julie Hawkins
General Office Manager
Julie has more than 20 years’ experience in office management and will be taking care of the HR, H&S, Finance and general office management at CLC. Julie is a law graduate and in her spare time runs her own small business as well as helping other single mums navigating work and business. She also sits on the board and is an advisory panel member for two national charities.
