Meet the team

Our team at the Charity Learning Consortium has many different talents and skills but one thing that we all have in common is the same goal. A goal to provide charities with the very best support and service possible. Scroll down to discover who you’ll meet, as well as where and when, throughout your membership.

Some of the first faces that you’ll meet

Not yet a member of the Consortium but interested in our offering? A member of this team is likely to be one of the first friendly faces that you will meet on your Charity Learning Consortium journey. They can discuss and demonstrate the full features and functionality that our online training provides. They’ll also dive into some of the many benefits you gain from membership such as exclusive events and topical resources.

The team embraces the power of engagement and community and are great at bringing people together.

Introducing some of the Membership Managers

When you become a member, you’ll be assigned a dedicated membership manager. They will be your first port of call to help with setup, learning strategy, and the general upkeep of your learning management system. They are a highly experienced bunch with over 20 years experience managing accounts and teams who care for the sites of their customers, no matter how big the challenge.

Their aim is to support members of the Consortium from day one, to answer your questions before you need to ask them!

Everyone in the team is so helpful and friendly. Stu our account manager, is always so supportive, fun and coaches us on everything we need help with.
