Effectively managing diversity

In this session, Donna explored some of the common concerns and issues which arise when managing diverse teams. We learned some ‘quick fixes’ designed to address these challenges efficiently and effectively. The solutions were tailored to provide immediate relief to pressing issues while laying the groundwork for sustainable long-term strategies.

In this case study, Alison shared the steps she took to conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) at CareVisions. She covered the initial need for a TNA and the approach they took whilst providing practical examples, best practices, and lessons learned.

Experience the design process
Gill Chester, Little Man Project

In this interactive session, Gill took us through the process the team at Little Man Project uses to collaboratively design eLearning. There was the chance to work in groups on a topic to unleash creativity and develop treatments to inspire learners.

It was a collaborative session packed with creativity. It was brought to you in association with the Elearning Unlocked programme.
