You’ll be introduced to one of our account managers, who will make sure your journey is as smooth as possible, starting with pre-launch and continuing throughout the duration of your membership. The support we offer is second to none!

Dedicated Account Manager

Every member of the Consortium is guaranteed a dedicated Account Manager. They will be on hand from the very beginning to help with setup, learning strategy, and the general upkeep of your Learning Management System. 

 

Technical help

With years of experience in the bank, our technical team has your back. Want to know the best bit? You’ll get to meet and chat with them at our events, which is so useful when it comes to understanding the ins and outs of the LMS.

Collaboration with other charities

What’s better than having tried and tested solutions at your disposal? If you’ve been faced with a challenge, we can almost guarantee that someone in the Consortium has experienced something similar. Our community of over 200 L&D professionals is here to help at our networking events and on our 24/7 community chat site.

Learner engagement

In order to increase learner engagement, it’s important to get the marketing right from the beginning. Our team is full of ideas and laden with materials ready to go. It’s a mixture that we like to call ‘a recipe for L&D success’.

Our growing collection of little books is a curation of tips and best practice condensed into bite-sized guides. We also have a continually growing collection of articles, top tips, case studies and more.
