New eLearning to support cyber security, diversity & inclusion
Diversity and inclusion is amongst the Consortium’s most used eLearning courseware. Ten new modules aimed at encouraging diversity and inclusion in the workforce, alongside a wide range of modules in cybersecurity, are a welcome addition to the Consortium’s extensive eLearning suite.
The Charity Learning Consortium has added 10 new modules on diversity and inclusion to it’s eLearning suite. Subject areas include disabilities, transgender protection, group dynamics, as well as hiring, leading and leveraging diversity in the workplace.
The new courseware, provided by Litmos Heroes, is a welcome addition to the Consortium’s extensive eLearning suite.
A wide range of new modules in cybersecurity have also been added, to bring the Consortium’s offering bang up to date. These focus on cloud computing, auditing, computer forensics, cryptography, and preventing attacks from ransomware, malware and viruses.
A full list of eLearning on offer, with a suite of more than 300 courses, is available here.
Diversity and inclusion is also the theme for a panel discussion at the Charity Learning Conference & Awards on 14th November 2019. Panel members include Linbert Spencer, Director at the Centre for Inclusive Leadership; Leo Capella, Job Coach at the National Autistic Society; Satnam Sagoo, Director of Learning at British Red Cross, and Tess Ewington, Head of Learning Delivery at UK Home Office. All members of the Consortium get a complimentary conference invite.
Martin Baker, founder and CEO, commented: “Diversity and inclusion in the workforce is such a hot topic at the moment, that we wanted to put it centre stage at our annual conference. And the new eLearning modules I know will be a popular addition to our eLearning range.”
