Our Customer Manifesto
We’re dedicated to working side by side with charities and non-profits to help them achieve more with less. Our Customer Manifesto guides everything we do: keeping costs low while delivering high-quality, inclusive services; being open and transparent in how we work; and supporting organisations that are committed to ethical practices, sustainability, and positive change. By using flexible, creative approaches, we aim to bring real value to every partnership and help our customers make an even bigger difference.
Our Mission Statement:
“Our mission is to exclusively empower UK charities and non-profit organisations to sustainably and cost effectively train, upskill and support their staff and volunteers through delivery of innovative, high quality, and environmentally friendly online learning solutions, to enable them to better support and serve their end users; and to encourage third-sector collaboration, knowledge sharing, networking and support through our community of like minded learning & development professionals.”
How we will work with our Customers:
- Exclusive Focus on Charities and Nonprofits: We work only with charities and non-profit organisations.
- Low Cost, High Quality, Inclusive Service: We always price our products and services to be low cost and high quality, with a strong focus on all-inclusive customer service to deliver more-for-less for our customers. We aim to deliver the most competitive eLearning solutions to the third sector.
- Adapted Agile Techniques: We will strongly encourage and apply adapted Agile techniques where we believe they can help organisations deliver with greater pace, inclusion, and creativity.
- Transparent Working Practices: We always work transparently with our customers, ensuring any change in scope is clearly communicated to avoid unnecessary tensions.
- Supporting Improvement in Ethical Practice: We are willing to work with organisations that have a history of resource misuse or poor treatment of their people—provided they show genuine intent to address past wrongs and improve how they look after their people.
- Valuing Expertise and Mutual Investment: We want to work with customers who recognise and invest in our skills and expertise. We always aim to deliver exceptional value.
- Commitment to Sustainability: We want to work with organisations that have clear sustainability strategies, are environmentally focused, committing to environmental sustainability through voluntary policies, sustainable operations, ethical funding, and alignment with global goals, aiming to reduce their impact and support long-term ecological well-being.
- Zero Tolerance for Child or Forced Labour: We will decline to work with any organisation where child or forced labour is known or strongly suspected to be part of their supply chain or production methods.
- Environmental Responsibility: We will decline to work with organisations involved in the fracking or mining industries.
- Ethical Stance on Animal Welfare: We will decline to work with organisations that include fur trapping or fur farming in their product lines.
This Customer Manifesto guides us to work transparently and ethically, always focused on delivering real value and helping organisations achieve greater impact.
