We saw trust-building insights, real-world strategies, and the confidence to take action.

How to Get the Most Out of Coaching

This engaging session led by Hiral, a professional coach, and Rachel, an apprenticeships specialist helped us discover the transformative power of coaching. Together, they guided us through some practical tools and techniques to maximise the benefits of coaching. Whether you were new to coaching or just looking to deepen your understanding, this session equipped us with valuable insights to make coaching a truly impactful experience. They also shared information on some exciting opportunities related to the Level 5 Coaching Apprenticeship.
Unlocking Your Team’s Creativity for Innovation

This session helped us learn some techniques for supporting staff teams to collaborate more effectively, have stronger ideas and to be open to new ideas and technologies. 64 Million Artists support charities, universities, companies and teams all over the UK to have stronger impact by unlocking the creativity of all of their team members.

A 4 month programme from 64 Million Artists that is designed to support you or your team members to make change by giving them space and time to reflect on their priorities, courage to take bold steps, and support from a diverse team of peers.
