CEO and Founder
Martin has worked in eLearning for 20 years, and has significant experience of working with voluntary, private and public sector organisations.
Working in the Learning and Development Supply industry, Martin felt unable to complete his mission of ensuring everybody had access to the resources he needs. 15 years later Martin’s new mission is Clear Lessons Foundation, his way of ensuring absolutely everybody in the third sector can get training.
Martin regularly attends conferences and events all over the country as both a speaker and as an attendee. He’d love to tell you more about The Clear Lessons Foundation.
Head of Client Engagement
With a passion to grow the Consortium, Rosie is one of the first friendly faces you meet when embarking on the CLC journey. She embraces the power of engagement and community and is great at bringing people together.
For the last 3 years Charlotte has worked with our members ensuring an enjoyable and successful learning journey for their staff and volunteers. She truly believes in the power of the CLC, so focus’ her time on gaining new charity members and growing the consortium.
Senior Account Manager
With more then 20 years of experiences in account management and customer service roles, Louise joined the CLC in 2015 to work within the account manager team. Her aim is to support members of the Consortium from day one to answer your questions before you need to ask them!.
Stu is our resident Welsh Rugby fanatic. He is a highly experienced and adaptable customer experience professional with more than 20 years’ experience managing accounts and teams. He’s a self-confessed linguaphile and has spent the last 30 years studying, speaking and signing British Sign Language, Welsh and French.
Since joining the CLC in 2018, Katie has committed to engaging with potential members all over the country.
Software Support Analyst
After working as an IT tutor and in the care industry, Jamie joined the Consortium in 2016. He immediately felt at home working with our charities to overcome technical challenges. From one-to-one training to investigating anomalies, Jamie can do it all.
Software Support Analyst
Joining in late 2017, Josh quickly began building quizzes and helping members. If Josh isn’t on the phone to a member he’s probably playing hockey.
Head of Technology
With a degree in design and valuable experience in technology giants, Josh joined the CLC in 2014. Josh created the RoadMap feature set, fixes bugs, and regularly contributes to the Moodle Community
After working at a leading, international security company, Josh joined in 2017 with a wealth of experience; massive data strict security and change management are just a couple of the assets he brings.
Gemma joined the CLC in 2017 and immediately started working on our processes and procedures. There is no part of the Consortium that Gemma doesn’t influence. Gemma organises it all..
After graduating in 2014, Amber’s love for marketing grew as she spent several years within the travel industry. Part of the CLC since early 2018, she now manages the marketing strategies and events.
Having previously worked within the learning and development industry, Viola joined the CLC in early 2019. Her extensive marketing skills and creativity allow her to plan and execute exciting and valuable campaigns.
