In this session, Lee explored the powerful link between culture and performance, offering actionable insights and practical strategies to help you elevate your own organisation’s culture.

Empowering minds

How do we successfully lead a future fit work force? Liggy’s presentation was all about helping leaders in organisations to empower people to positively embrace the dynamic world and ever evolving world that we living in.

This engaging and interactive session was based on Liggy’s Mindfit model which explores the concepts of resilience, curiosity, flexibility, creativity and kindness. It certainly provided lots of food for thought and offered insights and practical tips on how to support people to be fit for the future and ready for anything.

Embracing change through reverse mentoring

This session explored how reverse mentoring encourages a culture of innovation, breaks down generational barriers, and helps build stronger, more inclusive teams.

Dani shared how reverse mentoring can transform personal and professional growth in today’s rapidly evolving workplace.
